South Africa: Concessions Granted Due to Processing Delays of Long-Term Visa Applications

The Department of Home Affairs has begun a recruitment process to hire additional adjudicators who are expected to begin work before the end of June 2022, which should reduce the processing delays. Concessions are likely to continue to be issued, however, until the situation resolves.
